Boot Camp Fitness Program . . . It hurts to be beautiful! Calling all women! Are you tired of your gym routine? Are you ready to rapidly drop inches and lose body fat?
Do you want to fit into those tight jeans? Do you want to meet new friends? Do you want to get into the best shape of your life?
If “yes” is the answer,
Then it’s time to join Fitness Success’ Boot Camp fitness program for women. The results our ladies realize are phenomenal! During the first four weeks:

| 3 days per week | 10-19 inches and 4-5 percent body fat |
| 2 days per week | 9-12 inches and 2-4 percent body fat |
Our remarkable Boot Camp fitness program is designed by former Ms. Galaxy and World Tri-Fitness champion, Cynthia Hill of Orange County, California. Her 12 years’ of personal training experience and a knowledgeable support team make our Boot Camp fitness workout program a complete success. Certified, degreed and experienced trainers run all of our action-packed, fun and highly motivating women’s fitness program classes. Within the first two weeks Boot Camp participants notice a difference in energy level, strength and endurance. Other benefits include:

About Boot Camp
Fitness Success’ Boot Camp fitness program is an outdoor fitness workout program designed by women for women. The Fitness Success Boot camp is designed for all shapes, sizes, and abilities. No matter what your age, size or fitness level, we have designed the best workout program for you.
We provide experienced fitness instruction, flexibility training, nutritional counseling and endless motivation. Our Boot Camp women’s fitness program is designed to work your full body in one hour with fun yet challenging workouts designed to get you in the best shape of your life. If you goals are to lose body fat, tone, lose inches and improve endurance, strength and flexibility then the Boot Camp fitness program is for you.
Who Should Participate?
Our fitness workout program is designed for everyone, regardless of age – from the beginner who has never worked out before to the advanced athlete and everyone in between! Our program is modified according to your abilities and lifestyle and designed to let you work at your own pace. Fitness Success women’s fitness program is fun, challenging and always changing. This program is designed for women who are seeking to change their lifestyle and get results that last a lifetime!
Women’s Fitness Program Exercises Include:
- Running
- Walking
- Hiking
- Ladder and Cone Drills
- Jumping Rope
- Soccer and Basketball Drills
- Circuit Training
- Obstacle Courses
- Stairs
- Kick Boxing
- Yoga and Pilates
- Medicine Balls, Dumbbells and Bands.
Don’t worry ladies! If you’re thinking you can’t do some of these exercises, our experienced trainers can modify fitness workout program exercises on the fly. You will love the variety in your workouts! Every workout is unique.
Items Needed for Boot Camp:
- Yoga Mat
- Pair of Dumbbells (5-8 lbs)
- Water
- Comfortable Running Shoes
- Towel
- Gloves for early morning classes
Dress in layers and eat at least an hour prior to class, if possible.
Cost
Boot Camp fitness workout program classes are $15 per workout. You can sign up for one to five days each week and continue as long as you’d like. Our women’s fitness program is ongoing so you can sign up anytime and we’ll prorate the month. If you miss a day you can make it up during the next week but your boot camp sessions do not roll over to the next month if you miss classes.
Refund Policy
If you cannot attend boot camp due to circumstances beyond your control, we will offer credit towards another boot camp series. There is no cash refund.
